Unique strongbox?

Has anyone encountered these at all? Not talking about those 3 in Oba's map of course.
I saw one few days ago, i forgot what the name of it was but when i clicked on it, MILLIONS of spiders started spawning. and when everything died it dropped me a unique item. That was probably the barrel, found it once at the start of this season.

Found a Strange Barrelo unique strongbox in the Mines Level 2, but it was in normal mode so only a level 30 something zone :[
Didn't get anything noteworthy from it. Every Saturday = National Booze n Poe Day

I haven't found any random unique strongbox ever. I have however chanced a Bank of Perandus a few weeks ago in a map. Given that I tried to chance hundreds of rings and amulets without getting any uniques, while spending perhaps a dozen chance orbs on strongboxes yielded a unique one, I wonder whether the chances for getting unique boxes might now be considerably better than those for (good) unique items. We already know that the success chance for items depends on the unique you're trying to get, and many players suspect that those chances have been nerfed lately. This makes it seem plausible that the chances for getting unique boxes, in relation to those for items, are now much more favorable.

Well, a few minutes ago I've found this unique carto (Empyrean Apparatus):
