[2.2 Korago's "Budget" Life based Mjolner - No Voll's required, updated for Ascendancy!]

I was thinking about trying something similar to this just with Aegis Aurora as a Gladiator and lots of block for defenses. My question is how much dmg I need on the skilltree for this to do decent dmg, assuming I have a Volls and a Romiras equipped.

Is this build still good for playing in the perandus league?
