I hope ALOT of casuals will get one now. I played low life shavs before and I can tell to the newcomers: It is NOT a free ride to lvl 100. Far from it. Freeze Stun Shock No life flasks to save ur ass, es gone = -10% Reflect on high dps builds No armor Still need to 5 link Still need to 6 link for godly builds Still need sick dps weapon Chaos res or es drains as fast as ur life No es fill on flame, desecrate maps RF based on both life and es If you cant play CI, forget low life. I don't see why anyone would assume shavs is a free ride to lv 100 unless they're new. It's just a build enabling item that you couldn't run without it. Also don't see why reducing the investment for the item is a problem, especially considering all the things you just mentioned that are req to make it good.

I played every league since open beta and this the first league I got a shavronne. So let's say 3000 hours and I know it is more. Even if that drop rate goes up still going to need a hell of a lot rng ...

" Indeed. This WILL be felt both in droprate and price. 0 shavs drops are more or less true on a 1 player based statistic. Lets assume 1 in 3000 occulists drops as shavs. On a 3000 playerbase that means 1 gets lucky. Thursday that will be 4. (These are fictional numbers) HUGE improvement and a deserved slap in the face of the shavs/T1 hoarders. I so hope a lot of casuals finally can make cool builds. shavs so 1.3. already price was completely deflated like 40ex for a 6L in std whereas before 80ex was the norm. lost half its value or more since glory days of shatter chuck or LL throw
