Help w/ Jewel pls

I am playing again after a very long break.

Jewels are new to me.

What does 'Brute Force Solution" do?

The description does not make sense to me.

"Strength from passives in radius is transformed to intelligence.

when you put the jewel in a slot in the passive tree, some display display a circle. all passive points in the circle are affected by the description on that jewel. while there is one jewel that lets you freely allocate passives in the circle (intuitive leap), all others require you to allocate the passives first.


for brute force: all passive points in the circle which you allocated and which originally give you a strength bonus, now give you a intelligence bonus.
