Holding Alt over item does not show me level

Ever since this feature came out, I have not been able to use it. I've reinstalled POE, upgraded to windows 10, done a bunch of things. What am I missing? OBV not a big deal but sometimes its the smallest splinter that causes the most frustration!

Where are the items you're trying to see item level of? They can't be on the ground.

They can be on the ground for the "ALT check".

You are correct. I noticed this last night. Well, I was right once upon a time anyway :). Glad they added that to the game. Much easier to decide whether or not to bother picking something up.
