Packet Loss problem

Hello,

I've been playing PoE for 2 or 3 weeks now, and didn't have any important problem until today. I was able to play correctly yesterday, but today, game is unplayable. If I go with "predictive mode", i experience serious desync due to packet loss. If I go with "lockstep mode", well, with more than 200ms, it's not looking very good.

EDIT : With further run of WinMTR, i have huge lag spikes with "lag-22.ear1.Paris1.Level3.net"
