[Suggestion] Skill Gem Vendor

Have the skill gems unlock account wide when you complete the quests, not just per character. Seeing as the skill gems have exp when you buy them, maintaining lower characters just to buy skill gems to pass off to other characters is pointless tedium. This would be a welcome quality of life change to everyone I'd think.
