Off Topic - Diablo 4 or new Xpac? Likely the 2end Xpac.. - Forum

https://www.vg247.com/2015/08/10/blizzard-working-on-a-new-diablo-project/ " Diablo and Warcraft developer Blizzard has posted a new job listing that makes it clear a new Diablo project is in the works. The listing is for an art director position, but it does not name the game, only the franchise: Diablo. The wording makes it sound like this project is very early, which rules it out from being an expansion to Diablo 3. Judging by how long Blizzard takes to develop games, we’re probably looking at a 2018 release of what’s likely an entire new game. Well they already made a card game and a moba, also an online shooter is in the making... what could be next on the agenda? Maybe a Diablo zombie survival game? Reapers changed everything, the mechanics, the feel, the direction. I have faith in them again to make a great game. RoS to me felt much more in-line with D2 than D3 vanilla which I think was a great return to form for the franchise.
