Which build should I do around the given price range, I have options, pick one and tell me why

so I have amassed enough currency for a new build, around 110 exalts. I have some options that seem nice to me. First is legacy mjolner. 2nd is windripper. (Phys sucks cause reflect kills you whatever you try) 3rd is ele wander or phys wander, 4th is a super cool super unique build on the forums. Thanks!

Mjolner. Its really tanky, can do a shit ton of map mods, does a lot of damage.
For try, for see, and for know.
