Returning player after 1+ years! help me!

So I have decided to return to PoE after taking a break from Diablo 3 and WoW. I am going to be playing on standard and have about 80 ex in currency. I have a few characters from 70-80 with a free tree respec so I can start mapping right away. I am trying to find a high DPS medium cost range dps build to play. If anyone have any suggestion feel free to post below so I can see :)

Tornado Shot, Poison Arrow, Explosive Arrow (Cheap as f*ck), Split Arrow, Ice Shot Prolif. Why don't you look at some builds?

A lot has changed. I suggest you level a character from scratch to experience the new content and get a grasp on the many changes that occured. Defenses mechanics have changed a lot, same happened to offense mechanics. Then I would chose what to play.
