Multiple CWDT Setup Question

Hi,
I have a question concerning Cast When Damage Taken.

If I put one CWDT in my dagger linked to immortal call + increased duration, and one CWDT in my helm linked to enfeeble, will both spells be able to cast simultaneously? Will the internal 'damage counter' count damage for both spells at the same time because they are on different links? How does CWDT work in this scenario?

Yes, as long they are in the same level, I don't see why they cannot proceed at the same time.
