Theory crafting, need help

I'm a casual player at poe, and i'm very new to making builds, so far i've been following others, but recently i had this idea of a build that would be cheap and tanky also dealing good damage.

So the build would be a Reave Duelist, utilizing high armor + endurance charges + immortal call for defence against phys dmg (maybe arctic armor too) and a high block chance versus spells using the Saffel's Frame shield and Stone of Lazhwar amulet.

The reason for those two uniques is to be able to have high spell block without using lots of skill points for %block nodes. Also Saffel's Frame gives +4 to max resists which is pretty nice.

So? What do you guys think? ;)

shaffels are generally used only vs certain bosses because like 2/3 of all monsters are physically and not using spells... therefore is the general block rly needed unless you go for pvp but thats a diffrent story
