Carrion Branch Citadel Bow disappeared

Mate took my bow out of guild stash and was kicked offline, came back online and the bow was gone. How can this happen?

" Rollback. When items are transferred out of a stash, there is a period of time where the character and stash are no longer exactly synchronized (they've saved the stash, but not the character inventory). This is mainly due to performance reasons. Either way, if you become forcefully disconnected from the game in that time, anything that was "changed" on the character will not necessarily be saved, and the items can be lost forever. My recommendation (and what I personally do) is log out of the character and log back in to force a character save after transferring valuable items between my stash and character. This ensures that the character has been saved with the items from the stash and they won't go missing. Sorry for your loss. |
