Few Mechanics questions

So, as i've been playing around, i've came upon a few idea's that i cannot seem to find an answer to.


1: is it possible to use reckoning/riposte as an archer? ... if you acquire block chance through things like BoR, the anvil, or the unique flask?


2: when is damage calculated, in regards to "melee damage on full life" ... or, more specifically: if i am on full life, and start cycloning, then get hit, then hit an enemy... do i get the benefit of "melee damage on full life", because i was at full life when i used the skill, even if less than full life when the skill hit?



3: frenzy charges now have "4% more damage per frenzy charge" .... i know that "more" is a multiplier, but i am curious if the game rolls for each charge, or counts the charges, then multiplies.... say i have 5 frenzy charges. do i get my damage x1.2, or my damage x1.04 x 1.04 x 1.04 x 1.04 x 1.04


Any help appreciated.
1. No, counter skills require a melee weapon, build a spectral thrower if you want something like that.

2. If you were on full life when the hit was dealt it will get the bonus.

3. No, it's a scaling multiplier, five charges are 20% more damage.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
