Have all these precious items but unable to make a good build

Decided to come back to this almost unplayable game after seeing some poweful builds, but all of them seem to require some expensive weapon which I just do not have. Everybody is trying to highball me on the weapons haisss
I have all of these, can someone help me with the weapon please? |
