Anatomical Knowledge goes up only to 8% not 10%

The unique jewel Anatomical Knowledge can go up to 8% max life. Spent a fair amount of divines and the max I got is 8% maximum life. Also if you check on poe there is none above 8%. So is either a bug or it was downgraded from maximum 10% to maximum 8%.

The Wiki does not fall under GGG's responsibility, and the actual GGG post contains a 7% Inc Life jewel. Not a bug, just the wiki being outdated (beta value probs).
