That reduction nodes already figure into the above mana cost estimate (from memory; can't check atm). The usefulness of WLM is debatable, I can't say there's a big difference on curse immune maps. As long as there are multiple mobs to leech from it's all good, on single target you might run dry depending on how long the fight lasts (which can be neat if you want to use a Divination flask).
