Beta Poe Gamer starting again. nee advice

Hey fellas,

so ive played poe at the end of beta and lvled a 81 Ranger (elemental arrow -was cookie cutter build and alot of fun :)) and i have a lvl 71 witch also.

before i start a character from the scratch i wanted to ask what are the cookie cutter builds for ranger or witch, or what do u guys recommened me to do , how to start now?

for sure alot of things have changed but i actually dont want to start a hero from the scratch and since both of my heros have theire points reseted i dont want to make big mistakes :)
