It may also be more rare these days, but this is rather hard to tell; Standard on the other hand is flooded.

I'm pretty sure its drop chance is different in Warbands. Same thing with Mightflay, in standard/leagues before Warbands it was usually 1c, in Warbands it is 20c-1ex. Actually just sold my rather badly rolled 2L Carcass jack for 6ex.

O I forgot to mention currency is easier to get in 2.0 as well.

it is clear they lowered drop rate.
In last league they quickly droped under 1ex ... same goes for belly. | |
