Crafting the flasks (?)

hi guys


Very early in the game with low level, i wanted to craft the flasks to get the highest ones
By selling 3 same flasks, we obtain the next type flask


Talking about the quantity,
for example 3 sacred life flasks sold at level 40; will it give the same hallowed flask quantity at level 30 or 50?


If i can ask differently, do we have to craft flasks every X levels ?
In the wiki pages, i can see only informations about the requirement level but not about their quantity depending their itemlevel
