Lightning warp + Less duration BUG

lightning warp (20/20) - 20% increase cast speed + 38% reduced duration
Less duration (20/20) - 10% reduced skill effect duration + 49% less skill effect duration

link the 2 gems, and on the skill icon:
20% increased cast speed
48% reduced duration

The 49% less skill effect duration was not applied to it.

I just noticed this too on my GC witch...

Description doesn't change on skill action bar.

the description doesnt include the LESS Duration effect.
and lightning warp also noticeably slower.

GGG too busy with new MTX and no time to fix bugs?

I think only the description is at fault here.
I warp noticable faster with the Less Duration gem them without it.

lightning warp (20/20):

Less duration (20/20):
10% reduced skill effect duration + 49% less skill effect duration

lightning warp (20/20) + Less duration (20/20):
20% increased cast speed + 48% reduced duration

so yes, u do warp faster than without linking, but not fast enough.
cuz u are missing the 49% less skill effect duration

compare to before Patch 2.0, warp is significantly slower due to the missing 49% less skill effect duration.
