Cooldown Message

From 2.0.0 patch notes:
"The cooldown character audio is no longer played for triggered skills or when using a charge to bypass cooldown." It's still playing for me quite often on a CoC build. Super annoying. Support a free Hong Kong.

Similar issue with cold snap on my witch.
Spell is off cooldown, using it without power charges in store, casting the spell and cooldown audio is played. | |

Can confirm. But hey, at least you know whether you're triggering faster than coc cooldown allows.
