What does my build need?

This is my 70 point Shield/Mace, Lightning Strike build.



I'm thinking about just rounding it out with life and resists and then calling it a day, but a couple options do present themselves. For example, spending about 7 points into the tree, gets me a 25% chance to shock the enemy with Lightning damage which is very tempting. Another temptation is to go for a higher block chance, which was something I sought out to do, when I first rolled the Templar class, and began dabbling with the passive tree.

Other than that I think I'm fine on DPS (1500 DPS Lightning Strike at lvl 57). Oh btw I'm in act 2 on Merciless Difficulty.
