D3D device failed reading help?

i just got the game and it says somtin about the D#D device has failed reading so some items were not released help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!it says non zero refrence count sombody help me

Post your computer specs and dxdiag log, it has something to do with your video. Could be as simple as your video card driver or your video card is to old.
