My Celestial Judgement passive seems to be bugged

It does not show the resistance difference in the menu,lightning resistance especially it applies to 3 types of resistances and maybe none of the is applied right now i need to have 2 % more. This is valied for my templar character "Zenglance"

You are misreading the node. It doesn't give you any resistances.
