Is AoE range rounded up/down?

If my understanding is correct, my cyclone range at the moment would be 7 (2h axe) +2 (Master of the Arena) =9. My increased aoe modifier of 66% would then be applied to the base range of 9, making it 9x1.66=14.94.

Do I get 14, 14.94, or 15 range?

It gets rounded down
