When was the last time you upgraded your video drivers directly from the manufacturers website?

Thank you for contacting us back regarding this issue. As a final test to isolate the cause of this issue, please download the Visual C++ Redistributable Package from Microsoft found here. Short of suggesting an OS reinstall, I don't really have much to suggest.
Something is corrupted and causing issues. Easiest way to fix corruption is to start over. | |

All other games work fine only with PoE i get the problem. It happen after downloading the update. Im not sure thats the OS fault because if it is other games should have the similar issue meanwhile they do work :(
