Where do I find Searing Bond gem?

Hey all, I'm trying to do a searing Bond build on my Templar and have no clue where to find the gem. I'm around lvl 25. Please help

That's also a gem reward from the lost in love quest, in act 3 normal, as Marauder, Templar or Witch.
