D3D Error Non Reference Zero

Hi there!

There are a couple of possible causes for this issue. Please navigate to your Path of Exile install and open the 'Redist' Folder. Please then run the contained 'dxsetup.exe' program.

Please also ensure that no communication software is open at the time of launching the game. Should this not help, contact us back and we will investigate possible conflicts with 'GeForce Experience' and settings for performance that can provide this error message.

Thank you for providing us with that information. Are you currently using 'Optimal Settings' for Path of Exile using the Geforce Experience Software? We have noted that a recent update with this software is causing certain systems to revert to an on-board card.

In NVidia Control Panel, Manage 3D Settings, then Program Settings, you should be able to add a profile for the game (PathOfExile.exe), and force it to use the GPU. Although it may not say it's using that card in-game, it should be. Let us know how that goes for you.
