PoF and aura effectivness

Hello,
how does aura effectivness apply to PoF max resists if i get 3 max res from PoF, and i have 54 effectivness, do I get 4 (rounded down) or 5 max res? | |

I believe it truncates, so +54% effectiveness should just give you 4.

Right, the game rounds down except in some special cases like calculating mana cost or reserve reduction where it also rounds down but it calculates how much mana is removed from the cost so it effectively rounds up.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
