Easy and Cheap build for new starter

Hello Exile

Now, I play duelist facebreaker cyclone to level 73 and it was a little bit boring -_-.

Could you please suggest me which build is good for newbie stater?
-2h specter throw
-tonado shot ranger or
-Arc spell witch
-Any suggest

For a poor newcomer playing a caster is the cheapest option so I vote for Arc Witch, most spells will work if you don't like Arc.

If you got the cash to get a decent weapon and don't really like casters you can play an attacker too. The key is to pick something simple, complicated builds have a lot of moving parts and it can make a lot of difference if you miss any of them.

Go with arc witch.
the build is super simple, yet somewhat engaging and pretty interesting to play.
it can be played well self found (while buying 3 skills for about 2 chaos total), plus, you have a VERY detailed and well written guide by ZiggyD.

I enjoyed it very much, and if you like casters, I bet you will too.
(oh, and its a great farming build, and you could farm really well with it so you can afford the more expensive builds)
