Buy Coins by Steam wallet

Hello,
I play PoE through standalone client and linked to steam . But with region lock i cant find PoE on steam so i just added PoE to steam libery as a non-steam game ( already active steam overlay ) , i open the game and go to shop by pressing M and click add coins then a PoE's payment website shows up , so how can i buy coins using steam wallet ? can i add PoE as a steam game ? and can i buy coins through web browser using steam wallet ? sorry for my bad English Thanks. I'm playing from Malaysia and PoE is also blocked on Steam. I have around 30 usd sitting in my steam wallet, How can i buy GGG points with them?

Do I really need to download the game all over again just to use my steam wallet to purchase? I use the stand alone as well and do not want to spend time and space to download 4 gigs just to purchase coins with my steam wallet. You guys need to add steam to the payment options on the website so we can just sign in or attach steam and purchase through the browser. Or figure out a way to make the steam overlay work without downloading the game a second time through steam. If there is a way around I would greatly appreciate a response. I see no responses to the many other people here.

" you can copy the file content.ggpk from your standalone client to the steam version to not having to download the 7 gigabytes again. just make sure neither version is running in the background and updating the file(s). age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
