General Discussion - Does Freezing Pulse Need Accuracy Rating to perform - Forum

See its weird my Fire Trap Shows Damage But my Ice Spear and FP doesn't show damage. The reason it doesn't seem to hit a lot of the time is due to the game's atrocious desync. The monsters often aren't where they show up on your screen, so you're really shooting air. In extreme cases, they may not even be in the same room. A lot of people say they don't notice it, but I'm betting a lot of people do and just don't realize it is desync. Not that the Damage indicator on my fir trap. I dont have a damage indicator on my Freezing Pulse It happened after I enter the submerged caves after Mud Flats in Act 1 Cruel I am now at the Ledge in Act 2 Cruel. If you read the passive again it says "Your spells and attacks don't deal damage". Traps, mines, totems, and minions can still deal damage but your spells and attacks don't.
