Any changes to Reduced Mana Quality in 2.0?

Pretty much what the title says...
I've got about 10 of them at level 20 and just wanted to check before I vaal them for science. Don't want to find out that with 2.0 the quality changes from "reduced mana cost" to something like "reduced mana reserved" :D Thanks! "Fixing the endgame was hard - No matter how hard we buffed red maps, people would keep spamming Gorges.
