Are the servers stable? [Resolved]

So I played on SoftCore race today for roughly 11 hours, and then AFK for about an hour to DC, when I come back I DC. Then when I try to log in, everytime I try talk to an NPC or take the Way point my ping, which perfectly fine while standing still in town suddenly flatlines.
