Looking For Some Help / Opinions

Hey Guys

Heres the deal i just started getting into PoE not too long ago
and know little about the game .. started with just winging a marauder
and at close to lvl 30 decided i would try looking up a build and started
a witch summoner now comes you guys with the help/opinions

i want to start another char but cant decide on what to make
i dont know any fun / viable builds

im pretty open to diff chars .. i like melee/tanks i like casters etc
so im looking for insight on some fun builds to play
atm im not super rich in gear or currency so keep that in mind

hopefully some people give me a good idea to do and with whatever i do end up going with
as long as the char i play is fun and i get into that build i have np starting to
trade/acquire specific gear for the build but would like to start with what i have
and find until i know itll be worth the time / effort because the witch summoner
is fun but i want something else

last thing i will say is the marauder i just wong in the beginning as pretty fun
but open to any / all ideas thanks for any and all input guys

I've always started new leagues with an Arc Witch (you get Arc in act 2 and its required level is 19).
Even with poor gear it handles very well.

i made this guide a while back for a self found / beginners dual wield melee guide. The tree changed with the 1.3.0 release so the top of the tread contains the new info and the guide is below it. Its a very simple build with no real gear requirements that you cant just find while grinding, the guide is quite detailed and ud probably want to pick and chose what bits you pay attention to at first but its all in there.

You forgot to include that you want all this on a small budget since you're new and haven't accumulated much.
