New russian server

The Russian server is going to be managed by garena which has seperate servers from the game downloadable here, you may be able to play with the Garena players in asia but that would be down to garena.

You will need to make an account with them and nothing from the standalone client(the one you play atm) would be transfered over.

I think the best way to get an answer for questions you may have is to check FAQ on Garena.
