sure! you can take the vertex, i tried that and its nice, just you need take extra node strength in passive tree., and you will have a little bit less ES, but no problem.

Shav ring is very nice for this build (good regen ES for blood rage), but, another time, you need take extra nodes in passive tree.

If you take the items legacy (shavs and vertex) you will lost accuracy (only accuracy in romiras), but i think you will gain a lot of things. I tried just with vertex, and very nice, but i never tried with shavs ring, i havent it.

With this gear ("cheap") i killed uber 6 times without trouble. Normally i take just one extra tp. I go to link more videos soon. And i change my gear for normal atziri, i kill her with 190/90 iir/iiq more or less.I go to link more videos soon.
