Claws of the Magpie keystone grants:

+12% increased physical damage with claws.
+10% increased attack speed with claws.
25% chance to steal power, frenzy and endurance charges on hit with claws.


I use viper strike as single target attack and reave as aoe.

When I use viper strike, I have notised that I steal my own dots.

Is this intended?

Actually never mid, I may have been fighting one of those rare mobs that dot you up, beliving it was my own dots.
