We could really use this info too. Yes, we're still in closed beta so things are undoubtedly going to change but its still good to know.

There's no plan to release a comprehensive list of all the unique items. That would kind of ruin the fun of discovering them.

For now there are very few unique items (less than ten I think) but the plan is to continue adding more with every single patch.

Yeah the total right now is 7. Out of the mouth of Nerf :)
