Master Fletcher improvement

Currently, the Master Fletcher passive doesn't add any bonus beside physical damage. Considering that there is a path with accuracy nodes towards it, an accuracy bonus would be a neat addition. It makes the passive look more interesting without giving it too much of a buff.
