Trade Channel suggestions

1. Multiple Trade channels - There should be a channel for shops (3+ items), small transactions (3 items or less), and buying. There should be some kind of posting time limit if moving from one channel to the other.

2. there should be a time limit to how often someone can post in the channel. While there is some spam prevention in place, still doesn't really stop someone from posting a gigantic list of items for sale every 15 seconds.
