+3 lightning staff in 1MHC, what do?

Considering a fun build for this, any ideas? So far Arc seems like the best option, can push it up to lvl 26+ with empower, at that point it bounces 7 times. | |

Arc, for sure. But I'm still not sure you're not better off with a 5L Chest and 2 great wands/daggers, or a +1 Tabula, for example.
