losing quality

its the 3rd time i lose 20x in armours, ffs, i save the armor with 20%Q in the stash and the quality disappear, pls correct this bug on 1month hc event. thanks

Being unable to read is not a bug (hint look at the jewelers and/or fusings you are using on the items)

If you've been using jewellers and fusings, then it's working as intended. Quality is consumed to increase chances for more sockets/links.
