Connection issues

So, I've been experiencing a lot of disconnections, which is odd, because I do not get disconnected from any other game I play. Also, I think that the system shouldn't let you log in if you are going to get disconnected when trying to load your character.

NOTE: Is there a place where it shows the maintenance? If there isn't there really should be.
