Static Strike Lightning Dominator

I have seen and read some builds on static strike and I used it very briefly at the beginning of this league but decided to sit this league out to take a break from the game. I saw someone briefly mention the gimmicky use of CoMK.

That was the very first thing I thought to use it as. I was looking through the skills in the game trying to find an AoE way to use CoMK that synergized with the spell damage you were doing.

The skill tree can be shaped around some based on your own thoughts. Like dropping a few life nodes for the increased block if your going one handed. Or dropping static blows to go down through the assassin tree. I personally went for shock chance instead of crit because it's hard to crit focus both melee attacks and spells together without wasting points. I also don't like spike damage when dealing with maps. I may offscreen kill myself to reflect while a Topaz Flask is down.

I will highlight some of the key uniques that were thought of in this build. This isn't a typical elemental sword wielder or something. This is pure lightning.
