Does Leech work on Hall of Grandmasters map?

A PvP focused friend says: no, it does not work, because its pvp content.

quite a bit of chars will have bloodless node in that map so i dont suggest you rely on life leech there

Doesn't work on grandmasters who have Bloodless -passive or some items which provides the same mod.
For example Works normally on the grandmasters (and in pvp) when they don't have it. | |
