Herald of Ice not working with Incinerate ?

hi,
i am using incinerate combined with herald of thunder and ice. i can see the shock ailment but never chill and/or freeze. having 10% flat chance to do so, using celestial punishment and elementalist. any advice ? Last edited by Zirpe on Feb 28, 2015, 2:50:48 PM

Incinerate does lots of small hits, those hits have to be big enough to proc the freeze/shock/burn ailments, that's why you don't see the monsters chill/freeze imo.
