quick question : Blood rage and life regen.

example:
I have 1,000 Life.
10% regen from tree.

I linked Blood Rage with CWDT(1). say Blood rage degen 4%. say I got 0% chaos resist.

normally I will regen 100hp per sec.
say a hit bring me down to 500hp, proccing my cwdt Blood rage.
from that point will I regen 100hp/sec or get reduced to (10-4=6%) 60hp/sec?

if I still regen 100hp that will be great but if I regen 60hp I have to reconsider the loss/benefit a little bit more.
