I mean, i bought 20 jeweller's orb from elreon for 32 alteration, and now he's not selling anymore

Correct, you can use each Master's discount once a day.

You can use it at most once a day, but...
Master inventories reset when you do your daily mission. It has to be *your* daily, not someone else's, and there is no need to finish it (you can fail or /abandon_daily one second after starting it). So unless Elreon has joined in your hideout, you'll never see more jeweller orbs on sale from him, not even tomorrow. Shower thought: no two rares are the same.
